There are three types of messages that you can send SGP Systems via the feedback:

Error - if you have encountered some problem while using the SGP Baltie 4 C# product, please, send this type of report with the detailed specification of the error. It is enough to describe the way the error appeared, i.e. what I did and what followed (usually when an error appears in the program and you are informed about it, there is a possibility to send the error together with a comment to the SGP Systems).

Question - if anything is not clear and the documentation is of no help, try to ask a question via this type of report.

Suggestion - if you have an idea how to improve some part of the product SGP Baltie 4 C# (including the documentation) or possibly you have some other proposal to the SGP Systems company, send this type of report.

Other - if you have any other message for SGP Systems.

Do not forget to fill in your e-mail address - to allow the SGP Systems send you a response. Send the report by pushing the Send button.
