b) The original owner does not keep any copy of the product or any part of the product.

Producer disclaims that product is provided "as is" and without any warranty as to performance or merchantability or other warranties whether expressed or implied.
Producer takes no responsibility as to any direct or indirect damages caused by the product.
Maximum producer's responsibility is limited to changing the malfunctioning copy or returning the money.
