The scene is panned by a camera, which you can control by the mouse.
If you want to center the field of view, click with either the left or the middle button of the mouse at the point of the scene which should become the center of the view. This way you change a position of the displayed objects, but it has no effect on a displayed part of the background, which might be a little bit confusing.

You can change an angle of the view, which means a direction the scene is watched by the camera, if you point at any sector of the scene and move the mouse with either the left or the middle mouse button pressed. The scene will turn around by that.
The horizontal movement of the mouse turns the scene around the vertical axis; the vertical movement turns it around the horizontal axis. Both axes are crossing each other in the center of the view. It is the point the scene turns around.

The scene panned by the camera can be zoomed in or out by rolling the mouse wheel forward (zooming in) or backward (zooming out).
If you don't have a mouse with the wheel, you can press the Shift key and the left mouse button together and set the zoom by moving with mouse in vertical direction.
Zooming affects just Baltie's view and the view of models which he has conjured. There is no impact on the shown skybox, which is considered as placed in infinitude.

The current camera position can be kept by pressing the button with the picture of the camera. Concurrently, an optimized transition of the camera from last the kept position to the new one is calculated. The transition is shown, so that you can check it.
In case, you are not satisfied with the camera position setting (you do not like the camera transition) you can simply press the
back
button and set the camera again.
